Disadvantages: Keatons are crooks

I called a few local agents around to sell my house in Hackney. Keatons came in with the highest valuation that was £40,000 higher than any other agent. I questioned them on this and they said through their marketing and experience etc, they could achieve this and that justified their £10,000 fee. After signing up on a long contract, they sent only time wasters over and then eventually asked me to reduce the price. In the end, I sold my property for below what most of the other agents had valued my property at and it took me 6 months to do so. I paid really high fees for a poor service. Of course, they are not registered with any accreditation body so I can not claim for loss of money nor does the manager answer my calls to answer why they did not get me the £40,000 extra they promised. My moral, DONT USE KEATONS, they lie, cheat and rob just to make a quick buck...at your expense
