I can imagine without even reading the other reviews here (though I will) what the feeling of this thread will be.

I'm trying to sell my home, I'm very aware that the market has basically stopped and that prices are falling. My beef is with my estate agent, you would think that after paying a hefty (and desperately needed by me) fee, you'd get some sort of service.

My home has been on the market since April with one of the biggest estate agents here in NI. I went in last week and they had it advertised at the wrong price, I've heard nothing from them since it went on the market. Any contact has been by myself, even an email on occassion would make me feel that at least they know I'm on their books. I had a viewer today who hadn't been told that it has only one bedroom, waste of time for her and me. I've now put it on with another estate agent and if I take it off with the first one I have to pay £100 'admin fee'.

What a privilege this experience has been.....
