After first class customer service and management, I am happy to share with you and others some thoughts and feelings about my time from stranger to customer.

Jeroen and his team (particulary Mandy) are top notch. Even Blake was there to offer assistance when needed last night.
It was an all too familiar story when I started looking for a place to let... Agents sending me properties that I had clearly specified I was not interested in, the negotiators not turning at properties I wanted to view, or at the least they was always late. I'd pretty much lost hope and thought I may as well just stay where I was.

By chance I heard from a friend that they Ludlow Thompson were really good, desperate I thought I'd give it one last try. I went to the Lewisham branch where by I was greeted by a young lady called Mandy and from that instant I knew that my problems were solved.

She took a very consultative approach and did not try changing my mind about the location and style of house I wanted, instead she showed me what she had that suited my needs as a consumer.

From that moment on she tirelessly took me around properties at times that suited me until I saw the one I wanted. Then from there on in it was plain sailing, they dealt with the landlord quickly and efficiently, arranged my contract then BANG I had my keys!

It is not the properties that make lettings happen, it is the people and in all honesty, I will never look anywhere else!"

By far and away the BEST lettings agency in London - Quick, Efficient and Consultative staff, who turned my move from a nightmare to a dream!

If you can settle for your second favourite property with your second favourite agent, then Ludlow Thompson are not for you - They truly are London's best letting agent I have ever come across - First Class!
