HAART ESTATE AGENTS, WIMBLEDON -

Whatever you do, DO NOT use these agents to either market your property or buy a property through. The manager is the most arrogant and obnoxious man we have ever come across. We have first hand experience in trying to sell our property through these agents as well as buying a property and the people that we have dealt with there are nothing but lazy, arrogant and rude.

He verbally abused my wife over the phone accusing her of lying and being 'over-emotional'. He really has no interpersonal skills and no sense of how to act professional. It was as if he was doing us a favour when I would have thought it is the other way around in this current market!

You'll save yourself a great deal of stress, and verbal abuse if you use another estate agent. This branch needs to be shut down by The Ombudsman...
