Avoid LUROT BRAND at all cost: We have let from them this year and from contracting to responsiveness to checking to solving issues on time they have been absolutely terrible compared to 5 other agencies I have used in the past. Completely sales oriented, yet given their lack of responsiveness in fixing even the healthy & safety issues in the house, I would say they would be a poor choice foe any landlord as well. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Emmanuel kept me informed and got top rent for my flat where other agents failed to even get viewings.

The website account facilities were excellent. I most liked that ludlowthompson could achieve good rent in poor market.
Overall - excellent.

ludlowthompson always kept me up to date and got back to me.

The website was great at keeping me up to date on viewings and interest. The Online Account facilities were good.

Overall, I liked the personal approach this agent gives. They met my expectations well and I would use them again.

Wooster and Stock (Wooster & Stock) are very poor. Recently looked to make an offer on a house, went in 10% below asking price. The estate agent would not even pass on the offer to the vendor. I don't think in todays market 10% was unreasonable, the house needed about 30k spent on it to modernise it. It's no wonder houses are not selling... The state agent worked for Churchods. I will never use them again in future.

I've bought,sold and let several properties in the London area and have never come across such unprofessional people. They are all too happy to take your money but never want to do anything in return. They don't return your calls or do any of the things they say they will. All in all I found them to be the worst i've ever come across. Again, Do Not Use These Idiots!

Avoid Leaders Ltd especially if you are a tenant. They induced me into an unsuitable contract. Their correspondance was all aggressive and uncompromising. I had a very bad experience with this company. Be aware that they also control other agencies such as Hobbits and Mackenzie smith.
