Advantages: Easy to navigate, nice features, Massive database of properties

The FindaProperty.com is one stop shop for all kind of renting and buying/selling property. This website has got the most comprehensive set of listings. Almost all of my friends and me bought the house by searching on this website.

The website is very user friendly and fast. You can search house using place name, post code, station name and now even using tube map aid. You can also limit your search area using distance. Also in the result properties, it shows distance of atleast 3 tube/train stations from that property.

There are some issues with the quality of content provided by the Estate Agents, and that needs to be addressed by applying strict policy. Some agents use misleading tactics by listing their flat as a House, so their property can come on top of the list while searching for a house.

This site is a monster of data and needs some control. There should be a rating mechanism for Estate Agents, and "Raise Alarm" button for misleading adverts.

Though there are some control issues on this website, the knowledge base provided by this website is massive and far far supirior than other competitiors. And as knowledge is the most important for such websites, I will give full marks to this website.

Summary: Amazing website. They should start their own property selling, thus killing agents.
