Foxtons real estate is the worse. I will not give too much detail, because I am still under them. Will be getting out soon. I have a lawyer involved now. Home s/h gone up on MLS live after 30 days. 40 days still not up. Ask them why? Well we are working on it, I put the request in, it should be automatic after 30 days. Excuse after excuse. They are absolute liars. 3% is the % of their customer service that you will get. They don't know the meaning of customer service. It's not worth the savings. The listing agents do nothing for you, but lie. They will send the people to your house and ring your bell. Yes that's right. That's what is happening with me. What do you do, say no, and pass them up? Heck no I show the house. They don't call you back. Forget about trying to ask for a manager, there are no such. It just goes right back to your miserable, smart alleck listing agent. Who will call you and be a sarcastic, and lie their butt off. I caught my agent in 3 lies. Check out most of the websites pics intead of showing the size of rms, they take pics of the size of a bed. How does that help you determine the size of a room? Save yourself the headaches and worry if your house will sell or not.
