Disadvantages: No proper rental income and plenty of issues one after the other

If you are looking for a headache, work with Foxtons. I made a big mistake to rent my property out using them. It turned out a nightmare for both my tenant and I. They told bunch of lies to us. Tenant moved out after five months since she was so fed up. They never returned the commission that they cut up front since the tenant broke the contract using the break close. I got only 10% of whole rental income. THEY ARE SO GREEDY AND LIARS.
Awful Service:
- No statements sent on time
- No authorization was obtained from me prior to the maintenance work carried on the property.
- They did not even transfer account name on the utility bills to the my tenant
- No customer service to complain about their service
- They disclose your details to the vendors
