Advantages: None

Disadvantages: Exorbitant charges, extremely poor service

Problems using Foxtons to manage our home while we were travelling:
1) Lied about sending us regular statements by e-mail (first said they could, then said they wouldn't)
2) Exorbitant fees for doing next to nothing
3) Lost all our keys and vehemently denied responsibility
4) Staff incompetent at dealing with angry, frustrated clients (just made me more angry)
Please don't use Foxtons unless you want to pay a lot of money for appallingly poor service.

Summary: Foxtons are not interested in managing your property, only in taking your money

a good start to your review,, but i think you could still add a little bit more info about the product ,,which enables you to obtain higher ratings :)
