terrible service. they were very quick on the mark to try to convince me to switch estate agent. then once i had done that, not a phonecall to let me know how the sale or let of my property was going. they NEVER returned any of my calls and they were very rude with my current tenants when they turned up unannounced for a viewing. i am very unhappy with their service. i was trying to sell/let my property with them for over two months and in the end i just put a private advert in loot magazine and managed to find tenants in 24 hrs . for an agent with the highest commission fee in london they performed VERY poorly. final straw once i told them that my property was not on sale any more they refused to send the key back to me (i do not leave in london) with some excuse, so i am having to drive down to pick it up. rubbish.
