Advantages: helpfull site managers

Disadvantages: none that i can think of

we bought our 2nd wimpey home in december 2004 having had no problems with our last one. we went for our check of the house and any snags we found were quickly dealt with. the site manager was really helpfull and even when i wanted some kitchen cupboards moved nearly 1 year after i moved in it was no problem and we werent charged for extra floor and wall tiles. 2 of the assistant site managers bought houses on the same development so i think that if the houses were really that badly built they would have stayed well clear and they know exactly how they are built. all the fixtures and fittings are good quality. we would buy a wimpey home again if we were to move.

Summary: had a really good relationship with the site manager and his assistant (very important)
