My experience with Haart has been as a buyer and I must admit, I won't be going there again. I registered with them and gave them my price range and location preferences, yet despite this, was inundated with information about useless property's that were neither in my area or the price range i asked for. When questioned about this, they still continued to alert me to new properties which were far below my price range and in dilapidated areas, clearly property's they wanted to be rid of. I was contantly called pretty much on a daily basis about such property's, which got really annoying because the phone calls would not stop. It reached a point where I resorted to turning my phone off in an effort to avoid them. I would not recommend signing up, unless of course you like the idea of being hounded around the clock. No thanks.
