Haart suck arse.
We went to then six months ago for a rental property, as we were fed up with our previous property. We found a lovely house pretty close to where we were, with double glazing, lovely decor, loft conversion and a bit more space. We booked to have a look and went to view the property. Things went downhill from there.
1. The rep was over an hour late (on a frosty Dece, ber night) when we decided to go home and call it a night. They were not particularly bothered.
2. We went to see the property again and were told that the extortionate admin and credit reference check fee of £250 was not nogotiable. By now we had our heart set on the house, so we grudgingly paid and applied. At the time we told them that we had to give a months notice.
3. We didn't hear anything from the until the new year, when they said everythign was sorted and we were able to move in from the end of January. We told them that we had to give a months notice from the aniversary of our contract at the old house. They said they had told the landlady that they would have someone in by the end of the month and that if we couldn't move in, then the let would fall through. We finally (after many phone calls and visits) settled on a date three weeks later.
4. trying to get them to do anything (even return emails and calls) was like pulling teeth. As far as they are concerned, they get our money. The fridge ran warm and they told us that is was on a life time term (when it's broken, it's broken) but wouldn't get in touch with the landlady to see if she actually wanted to keep it as it wasn't completely broken. In the ned I put it in the shed and bought a new one myself.
5. Four months in we got a two months notice as the landlady wants her house back. Not technically theor fault, but it adds to the generaly experience with this bunch of complete morons.
In short, they are only after your money. Well dresses and professional looking, they lack any kind of humanity and concern once you've signed the paperwork. If I had the balls, I'd stand outsaide their offices and tell people how bad they are as they come in.
You have been warned. Frankly they aren't worth one star, but I can't gve them no stars!
Summary: Utter jokers. Don't say I didn't warn you.
