Advantages: NONE!!!!!

Disadvantages: If i listed them all my contract would run out before i finished.

I have only been on the market a few weeks with Halifax but warning signs are already starting to show. Only three viewings and only one of them was a genuine buyer. No feedback from Halifax about what they afre doing other than ' We are working hard to sell your property'.

They don't really seem to chase up interest with potential buyers and seem to rely soley on someone walking into the office. My advice if your stuck with Halifax don't argue with them on the phone. Customer service is not there strong point and it only winds you up some more. Talk to them face to face in their office preferably when its busy inside.

Halifax don't advertise very well, they don't chase up interest , they have no internal photos on rightmove.co.uk although they are apparently partners in it, so in general yes they may sell your house but its likely to take a long time and be more luck than anything else.
