Disadvantages: data mostly out of date

This web sight, while at first looking good, soon proved to be next to useless in my pursuit of a home. A LARGE amount of the houses advertised were no longer available and some adverts were 4 Years old.
I got no actual replys to my e-mails.It was then I noticed the age of the entries. The more up to date enteries had actualy come from other web sights. It was not realy fair. Best steer clear.
