Look4aProperty.comNewest Review: ... such a great achievement in such a short space of time. Like every other business their business seems to be growing on a fast rate with them adding 150 new agents MONTHLY. So on an annaul basis that's just shy of 2,000, which is excellent. I saw their ITV TV campiagn and I thought it was excellent. Their traffic hasnow surpassed the 500,000 visitors a month and is growing as I understand ... more |

having looked at LOOK4APROPERTY.COM and having called up their London office, they were happy to confirm that in just 14 weeks, the LOOK4APROPERTY.COM site now lists (05-06-06) just over 103,000 properties. They acknowledge that they have areas whereby they currently have no properties, although in all fairness given that they have been around for JUST 14 weeks and have over 100,000 properties - I THINK THIS IS VERY IMPRESSIVE. All of the OTHER property portals took over 3 years to get over 100,000 properties on so cap off to LOOK4APROPERTY.COM for such a great achievement in such a short space of time. Like every other business their ... Read the complete review

I find the mixed bag of previous reviews quite interesting. The first review was probably over-egging things slightly and the last review seems very bitter? Look4aProperty.com is a well-thought out and easy to use website with clear and simple navigation. To me it seems to be everything that a property portal should be. I think the website launched in late February so clearly the property numbers are never going to match say Rightmove's who has been online for over 5 years and spent literally tens of millions of pounds on their TV advertising. I find it surprising and a little naive that after 3 months reviewers expect portals like ... Read the complete review

Look4aproperty some where else The new launch property portal (Look4aproperty) hence copied Rightmove thought they can enter the property market telling Estate Agents that they are going to advertise on TV and offering a cheaper service. The website is struggling to get Estate Agents to advertise with them. Look4aproperty has spent million of pounds on this launch but it will be a shame if the company fails to get the Agents to advertise. The look and navigation is well designed, but what good is that when there are hardly any ... Read the complete review

In essence there is nothing wrong with this website as a website. The problem is that for a property portal there simply are not enough properties to make it worth anyone's while going there. There are plenty of other portals out there with far more properties which, as someone searching for a house, is all I care about. I do not care if the interface of a website is any good if there overall content is poor. I cannot say for certain but I would have extremely strong suspicions that the other review on this site was written by an employee/owner of look4aproperty.com which quite frankly turns my feelings towards this site from disinterest to ... Look4aproperty.com is is a fast, up to date (estate agents update it daily), easy to use web site which contains an every-growing number of properties. The website is simple to use yet features some a very powerful (and detailed) search engine that allows you to find exactly the type of properties that suit you without having to trawl through lots of unsuitable houses. With features like Local Information and detailed Maps that work I will be using Look4aproperty.com again as I search for my new ... Read the complete review
