Advantages: Simple and quick to use. Good search engine allows you to search on precise type of property.

Disadvantages: For now a relatively small number of properties but agents seem to be signing up very quickly.

Look4aproperty.com is is a fast, up to date (estate agents update it daily), easy to use web site which contains an every-growing number of properties.

The website is simple to use yet features some a very powerful (and detailed) search engine that allows you to find exactly the type of properties that suit you without having to trawl through lots of unsuitable houses.

With features like Local Information and detailed Maps that work I will be using Look4aproperty.com again as I search for my new house.
