Netmovers.net sold for me - I'd use them again (NetMovers)

Advantages: Quick, easy to operate website, would be purchasers are pre-approved

Disadvantages: none that I came across

Working out how best to sell my bungalow quickly and at the price I wanted involved a lot or online research. Having weighed up the various factors I eventually chose to sell through a company called Netmovers (www.netmovers.net). Getting details of my house onto the website was easy enough, and I really liked the gate keeping that kept time wasters and surprise visitors away from me.

I also liked the way in which schools, stations and airports close to property were listed. The website was, I recall, quick and easy to use.

In the past, I’ve used estate agents and have always resented the size of their cut. If they can afford high street rents they must be creaming it. So a one-off fee of £99 seemed a small price if it worked. And it did after only three weeks. I have a second property bought as an investment and will use the same outfit again when the time comes to sell.

Summary: Can't fault them!
