Advantages: no commissions, better services, friendly and professional people

Disadvantages: they did not attend the viewings but other than that brilliant

I was selling my house and having difficulty with an traditional estate agent and getting nowhere, i was told by a friend about netmovers.net and could not believe the service that i would recieve for just £99 they were always there to talk to very professional property managers who arranged everything on my behalf.

When they said they could sell my house i was sceptical at first but i thought what have i got to lose £99 is not a lot of money these days i had 7 viewings in the first 3 weeks and then a sale on the property i completed 6 weeks later and no commission to pay i recieved the full asking price and i would highly recommend netmovers service to anybody this has to be the way forward now traditional agents just did'nt seem to work for me

Summary: netmovers is a commission free property website who i would definately recommend.
