Newmans were the first estate agents that we went on the market with. We were suckered in by the flash office,photos, name cards and the senior member of staff we signed up with seemed pretty convincing. Unfortuantely the senior member isn't the one that will be on the phones, talking to potential viewers and showing people around houses. Instead you get your stereotypical wide boy estate agent who is pretty useless to be honest! They sent around pretty much everybody and anybody to view our house regardless of whether or not they were suitable which is incredibley frustrating for you the vendor.
