Advantages: Great customer service, Keep to there word

As some of you might know from my previous ops we have just purchased our first house.We had probs with your move(got an op on them).We saw a house that was big my partner was impressed,I wasn't to keen on first looks but looks aren't everything.

We arranged a viewing which was a bit awkward as the vendor was on holiday and the house had tenants in it,a very scary prospect for a first time buyer,very nearly put us of.
So they phoned the tenants and asked if they would should us round they said no,but if we were accompined by an agent they would let us look round.
We got there as the agent did-actually on time!

The estate agent made a point of introducing us to the tenants and spoke to them for a few minutes before showing us round,this was a very tense situation as we could possibly be buying the tenants home,so we looked round we were impressed not just with the house.but also the way the estate agent let us look without all the smary this has got a lot of potential,bit of paint and etc..
When we'd finished looking she made a point of going and saying thankyou to the tenants.

As the house had tenants in we were very confused as to how this would affect us,so they sat down with us and explained everything to us in great detail but not so much,that we got confused.
Our first offer was rejected and they gave us some good advice and we put in another offer which was accepted.

We wondered where we stood with tenants etc so we went in,they explained that the tenants would get 8 weeks notice,they should be out on 19th Oct-they kept us updated every step of the way.
It was them that phoned us last week to make sure we'd rung the solicitors to see if the contract had been recieved,with us being first time buyers they asked us if we wanted to use there mortgage advisor which we have done-also brilliant this is one firm that actually seems to work together.

f they've said there going to ring they have if we've had queries they've responsed almost immediatley.Bell Watson in Scunthorpe are the tops don't know about anywhere else but here they are great.

We've just got a sold sign up so fingers crossed everything else will be plain sailing.
