Advantages: Excellent service, friendly staff, great home at end of it all.

Disadvantages: We have only lived there a year so far so I guess there could be future problems as for any home!

We bought a two bed appartment last year and have so far had no problems at all, there was about 6 major snags and a few more very minor ones that they came and did for us within a couple of weeks of us moving in. Although we decided to move in whilst the site was still only half completed we found that the builders were very considerate and work did not start too early nor go on too late. It is also true that any work they did on saturdays was quiet. We are extremely pleased and hope that it goes on as it has done so far. We have a really lovely home and the staff could not have been more helpful. Persimmons may have some bad reviews, yes they probably make a lot of mistakes but remember they are the biggest builders group in the UK and most people only take the time to write a review if they are particularly discontented.

Summary: We love our appartment! A real home!
