We moved in 2years ago,First problem our neirbour parked outside our garage. When
we complained to persimmon,who allowed this,our neighbours parked both their car's on their driveway,problem driveway too short so we had to walk round their car to walk up our path.Car blocked our gate access to garden.
The view from our kitchen window was lovely our neighbours car.
This has been resolved after several months,but has caused a great deal of bad feeling.
Whoever made the plans for this development.?
We have four plumbing problems in the 2 years.
Water tank leaking though the hallway and kitchen ceilings,walls,& floors&light's,sink leaking onto bedroom ceiling x 2 waking up to the sound of water and wet bedclothes.
Water leaking from tap in kitchen sink & base unit caused quite a lot of damage to unit and floor,rang Persimmon they said ring a plumber you're two years protection are up.
Plastic bath sinking,floors squeaking,doors not staying closed.Mastic around doors to garden look like it's been applied without any skill.
Drain cover to front not built level.Mortar spilt over the brickwork which looks a mess.
I could go on but I do not wish to become too boring.
It's been pretty well awful.I have turned into a nervous wreck. I really regret buying this house.Would love to move out.
