Peter Graff

I have been renting out a couple of properties in Winchmore Hill via Peter Graff for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful and up to date on all the latest legislation. I would happily recommend them to anybody considering renting out a property in Winchmore Hill or the surrounding areas and have in fact recommended them to a work colleague.

I have withdrawn my previous review of Peter Graff and would like to keep my rating of them as being very low but I would also just like to say from a personal point of view that I would not recommend them to anybody as a rental estate agent. To clarify, this is my own personal opinion and my own personal feelings on the matter. My experiences were drawn from renting from them 2 and a half years ago for a period of 3 years and I am willing to acknowledge that perhaps things are different with them now, although I did not find them to be pleasant to deal at the time.
