Advantages: They haven't murdered any babies that I know of. Yet.

Disadvantages: Bad service, rude, tight-fisted

Don't rent a managed property from Philip James.

They'll come up with any excuse, no matter how flimsy, to avoid fixing anything that goes wrong.
They have sneaky little 're-signing fees' every 6/12 months but refuse to sign rolling contracts. (We recently found out that they also charge our landlord a re-signing fee as well - he wasn't too happy about it either)
Last year they sent someone round to inspect the house with no warning (their idea of 24 hours' notice is to post a letter the day before they go. With a second class stamp on it.)

And to cap it all, they're out-and-out rude when you talk to them.

Summary: I wish I could afford to move out.
