I've recently purchased a Redrow Homes appartment in south Wales.

I must say i've had very few problems since moving in 4 months ago and any problems I have had have been small and delt with extremly quickly and professionally by both the sales team and managment on site.

The price, design and apperence on a whole have all been exemplary.

The time leading up to my purchase the sales team we not pushy and very helpful in helping me with my purchase as i was a first time buyer i needed all the advise and help given to me.

In reply to your comment I would like to say that im not advertising Redrow Homes im only giving my opinion to fellow first time buyers like myself.

Althou gh, i was ofered 0% deposit and all my legal fees paid, the finish to my appartment is as good if not better than any other new build company.

As an estate agent I hate large companies such as Redrow, although they often build some lovely houses they are often overpriced and sell on the basis that the buyer should be able to make a profit on it in a few years time (very rarely). They often attract first time buyers such as yourself with no deposit offers etc which may sound good to start but often means you will pay well over the odds for your property! Perhaps you could add in a little more about some of their developments and offers, the quality of the housing etc?
