They take your money and run, don't buy!!! BE WARNED........... The bath flooded the house the day we moved in, a flood from poor workmanship (blamed on the weather by Redrow), fire doors not fitting -you can see all the way down them into the room behind! Fireproof?! We have lived here for 2 years and still cannot decorate! Taps broken, door handles not working, plug sockets upside down, vinyl flooring lifting, leaky shower, broken toilet seats, cupboards full of screws and a garden full with 1 tonne of rubble, I would never purchase another Redrow home as long as I live and they could offer me one for nothing and I would say NO! Aftersales is shocking and customer service, what customer service?! DON'T BUY!!!!! 1 star, they are 0 stars!!!!!! Seriously, be warned! Don't waste your time, their after sales is apalling, they take your money and run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
