Although it was years ago, we decided to purchase a Redrow Property at Horwich near Bolton, what should have been a dream come true where we could both build a future as our first new home turned into a nightmare. I would have to fill at least four A$ pages of problems that we found. So I will keep it short we had paid a deposit and ... Read the complete review

I bought with RedRow because of the Council help with funding, a great initiative to help people own their own homes with an interest free loan and lower mortgage. The process of buying was easy - everyone was helpful and friendly. The house was already complete so there was no opportunity to submit a snag list prior to moving ... Read the complete review

Redrow are an absolute nightmare. They are disorganised, delay the completion times hugely, cut corners and are hard to deal with. The workmanship is far from what it should be too. Never ever again would I buy a house from them! They try and scrape pounds off their bills by missing bits out. They even missed a half newell post on ... Read the complete review

I moved into a Redrow property a couple of years ago .The workmanship was appalling!!All the sealings had to be replastered (naildropping) after I lived in my house for barely a year. The bent worktop in the kitchen had to be renewed as there was no sealant between the worktop and the sink and water had seeped through. The downstairs ... We lived in a Redrow new build for 16 years, very happily. There were snags at that time. But they were dealt with professionally and courteously. When it came to downsizing, we chose a Redrow home because of the quality of the house we had sold. After 4 weeks in our new Redrow home, we are so disappointed to the extent that we ... I am looking to purchase the Ludlow on Scartho Top in Grimsby and would really appreciate someone taking the time to let us know 1, how redrow are and 2 what the Ludlow is like. We are looking to purchase a 3 bedroom Ludlow or may upgrade to the Warwick but unsure after reading some of the reviews. Also the garages seem quite small, would they house a car comfortably? Really looking for any advice or tips before we commit. We may be part exchanging but our current house may be too old for them to take on, they said that they would sell our house for us and can get this done swiftly but I am assuming they will reduce the asking price to get a quick sale!

Hi guys. I'm looking to buy a brand new redrow Oxford house. Been finding mixed reviews for this company. Cannot find any updated reviews ( 2012 + ) anyone know or have bought an Oxford or anyother redrow house lately. I now you have to go around the house and snag it before handing over the hard cash. The things I'm also trying to find out it how much are the monthly bills ie gas electric water. So I'm looking for an Oxford owner to tell me really but if you own a four bedroom of the range then I would love to hear. Also since I'm parts exchanging I know the house price will not change much. But what extras did people get thrown in ie fitted wardrobes, dishwashers.

We ave lived in our new hoe now for 6 weeks. We are more than happy with redrow fom start to finish. The on site manager has been superb. The phone in customer service has never failed. All problems have even sorted with a week or even a few days.

We have been living in our Redrow home for nearly 9 years. We were 1st time buyers so we're a little wet behind the ears when it came to snagging...however we did notice a hairline crack in the basin in the downstairs cloaks..only to be told we could of done that ourselves...therefore Redrow weren't liable. The floorboards unpstairs ... Read the complete review

Has anybody else experienced problems with the rendering on their Redrow homes? mine has gone completely green and when i complained to Redrow they just jet washed it and told me it was fixed. Some six months later, the problem has resurfaced and is actually worst than before. can anybody offer any solutions or support in relation to this issue as i'm getting nowhere with Redrow.I'm also having problems with my lawn as its flooding all the time and again Redrow are not being helpful offering any soluations. i would definately not buy a house from them in the future as i think the customr service is a complete joke.

We bought a flat off plan in Hitchin, when we went to see it at the agreed viewing we were shown the WRONG flat. The numbers were mixed up we were told, you will have to re book as we are to busy to show you now. Allocated parking was NOT given a flat number, there was a construction site in front for 3 months which should have lasted ... Read the complete review

We have lived in our Redrow home for 4,5 years now and we have had nothing but bother. Some things that have been wrong since day one have STILL not been fixed. Within 6 months of moving in, we needed a new shower unit as the existing one was leaking and water was pouring through the hall ceiling. They had to re-do all the of the ... Read the complete review

Worst company I have ever dealt with on anything. Refusing to relay drive despite it clearly sinking (offered to patch it which will look awful on a 1 year old house). Also another example of them pennypinching - when they didnt complete on my 5 bed home they suggested they would just put me up in a single room but not my wife! Its only when I showed them her name was on the deeds. God forbid i had children at that time. Avoid, or buy second hand

we bought a redrow home in devon,we have had major problems. interestingly neighbours moved from the north of England where they had a redrow home. it was so they saiy 'lovely' unlike the devon redrowhome. perhaps the builders make the difference. I personally think to saythat a house is built to a high standard & that the materials used are of the best quality when clearly neither is true ammounts to misrepresentation!.

Redrow Midlands are building at 'The Grange' in Desborough, Northants. They are still building on the site and make noise from 7am everyday. The after-sales service is awful and trying to get snagging done is a nightmare. Redrow staff come up with the most awful excuses why things go wrong. i.e. when we ... Read the complete review

We have been in our Redrow "House From Hell" for 16 months and are finally laying our first flooring (tiled kitchen).
