Reeds Rains Chester. Made appointments to view properties. When we got there, Reeds rains hadn't arranged viewings, so owners were out! complete waste of time. Another property viewing, the agent came with us, and then disappeared while we were looking round. Just disappeared, no goodbye or anything, just went! Went to the office to complain, and they really could not have cared less. New to this game, so assumed I was a victim of a shady outfit, but no, apparetnly, long established firm etc etc. Sorry, but a bigger shower of imcompetants I have yet to meet. You can put a suit on someone, doesn't make them professional!
