Removal Services in generalNewest Review: ... fast and efficiently and had the job done in an amazingly short time. We cannot identify one single item that has been broken or lost. It was a pleasure to have such pleasant and considerate young men at work in the house. On the second day, the removal team were absolutely ace performers. They arrived promptly, worked skilfully and hard and completed both collection and delivery with immense professionalism. Above all, we really valued their considerate good humour and the great common-sense and foresight that they showed. The reason for this statement is that at the time we were struggling with a very problematic house-chain, Simpsons... more |

I need to express my great appreciation of the service that Simpsons Removals & Storage Ltd gave us during our move. The packing team were excellent. Simplyremoval are absolutely unreliable! I booked 2 man with a van for a light move to a place less than 5 min drive from my current home in SW5. I had been allocated a slot 11am-1pm for the arrival time of the movers. At 12 pm I first called the main office to check the state of the van and I was told that their expected arrival time was 12.30-1pm, but they would have called me back to confirm after checking with the driver. I called the main office again at 1pm as I had received no confirmation from them. This time they said that they would have asked the driver to call me. At 2pm the driver finally called to say that he was stuck in traffic and it would have taken to ... Read the complete review

Bishop's Move were chosen by us - much to our regret. They damaged a lot of items - dropped a belfast sink, reversed their lorry into a newly built barn and dented it then denied they had done it even though it was covered in their bright yellow paint, killed off most of my plants that they transported as they put them in store and failed to deliver them so some twigs emerged about 2 weeks later, all dead, some sort of solvent was spilt over an antique table which has to be french polished, dented a door of a wardrobe, tore an oil painting, left a brand new sofa bed covered in foot prints (!), left mud and scuff marks all over a leather sofa, lost a number of items, ... I have been using removal companies for the past 15 years, EURO USA is the worst ever! I pre-paid all fees required, they collected my belongings in April 2009, 5 months later I am still waiting for them. From collection to delivery, it has just been a headache from 1st week up to now. the customer service is extremely poor. I sent 2 letters in recorded delivery to their Managing Director who never took 2 mins of his time to respond to me. I had to ask my Lawyer to intervene and I have now no alternative but to go to the court in the hope that I will be able to receive one day my belongings and discover finally why they never delivered them! I dont understand how such ... Read the complete review

STEER CLEAR OF ROBINSONS REMOVALS OF BRISTOL This company has a moto of being "Professional" but were far from it. Not only did they send a lorry that wasnt big enough so we had to leave our garden plants and other things from our shed at various neighbours houses. But they then proceeded to rush packing the rest of the lorry and rushed unpacking it at the new house and smashed a solid oak dining chair in the process (from a set of 6 chairs leaving 5 an odd number) and they didnt wrap my solid wood underbed drawers in any blankets so while the lorry was bumping along the road they were knocked about and got dented and scraped in the process. When ... Read the complete review
