Panther removals are very shifty to say the least! The only person i have spoken with the entire time i was trying to arrange my quote was supposedly the managing director!
I wasn't too concerned until i asked for delivery of the packing materials that are supplied free and she turned up herself in a convertible car with 50 second hand (healthcare supply) boxes in the back! It was 7pm on a Thursday night and it got me thinking.

I emailed her to get her to send me customer testimonials as i really wasn't sure by this point and so she sent me 3 questionnaires that had been filled out which contained the same grammatical errors as her emails!

I will not be using them as all of the paperwork was done on Microsoft Word (very basic stuff) and there were no terms and conditions included in the acceptance pack!! That was the end for me. I will never sign a contract without having the terms and conditions.

I have since decided to use Pickfords who even beat her quote! I think she and her boyfriend are the two running it and outsourcing to a different company. had she told me that, things might have been okay but since she lied to me repeatedly about everything i'd say simply...WATCH OUT!

Good luck to all of you moving, i know it's hard to find a good company but there are some great ones out there!
