Advantages: SUPERB

Disadvantages: None

It has to be said, I don't normally write letters, as I am an extremely busy mother, with 5 children, (8 and under), 3 grandparents over 75, 2 dogs a guinea pig and last but not least a white fluffy rabbit called Welsh (the kids haven't cottoned on yet). We live (well did anyway) in London NW3 and had been looking for a house in the country for a few years. We had toyed with many areas from the Cotswolds down to Dartmoor, but could never really find what we were looking for, as I am sure you can imagine, we needed a considerable amount of space to house all the family members and animals. Finally we settled on a 7 bed house with annex and about an acre of land in Norfolk. Now all we had to do was find some reputable movers for quotes. We received 3 quotes from companies that had been either recommended by friends at the school gates or Pauls ( my partners ) colleagues at work. All three called around and sent in their quotes. We settled for a company called J.A.Steel and Son Ltd. We felt some reassurance that they had been in business so long (since 1899) and on first impressions came across as very able and professional. The total price for the move including full packing moving and unpacking came in at just under £4500 with all the vat and bits and pieces. That was slightly more than 1 company but less than the other. Anyway the move was due to take place over 4 days. On the 1st day they sent over a van and 4 packers, I must say these guys were unbelievable polite and professional, it was heartening to see that there are still people/company's out there that believe in doing what they say they will do, (and employing people that must be hand picked) anyway I digress, so the guys started packing and loading some packed boxes on the van and at the end of the 1st day they tidied up all the packing materials and left around 5pm. The next day they arrived in the same vehicle with the same crew who then spent all day finishing off most of the packing and moving our prized possessions onto the van. On the night of the 2nd day we were left with the essentials beds etc. Completion day (The day we love and hate), day 3 was here and the same crew with an extra van arrived and completed the packing and loading by 10am. Everything going like clockwork so far. We handed in the keys to our selling agent and headed straight for a small hamlet just outside Norwich town. We arrived at the house the same time as J A Steel and Son and after a short wait for the release of the keys from the Norwich estate agent, unloading commenced. Now I must say this is the most stressful part of a move (for me anyway) because your not sure what's going where, anyway the removal crew, the same guys we'd had from the first day seemed to almost instinctively know what furniture went where (of course they wrote the names of the rooms on each of the cartons when packing, but as for some of the furniture that had previously been stored in our loft, they knew the best places in the house for them). At the end of the 3rd day both trucks had now been unloaded. Once the vehicles had been unloaded one of them returned to London, and one stayed to complete the unpacking on the following day. The remaining team of 4 slept in their sleeper cab and were ready for the unpacking process to commence on the last day, which I must say went without a hitch or breakage, they also took away all the old cartons and packaging materials. Look what I am trying to say here is if your looking for a moving company that is both honest, reliable, friendly and courteous then I couldn't recommend J.A.Steel and Son highly enough. They are not the cheapest, but in my mind they are simply unbeatable on service. I know I have rambled on abit but I just wanted everyone to know how great a company they really are. Even the old folkies in our household were happy and believe me that's saying something.

would be preferable if it was in paragraphs

This would be a lot eaier on your readers' eyes if it were broken up into paragraphs with spaces in between - a single large block of text is a little off-putting!
