Advantages: NONE!!!!!!!

Disadvantages: UNPROFESSIOANL, UNRELIABLE, UNORGANISED, DISHONEST AND PLAIN RUDE,

At first they start off sincere and polite and so you think you've got a good deal!

As time moves closer to the date of the move, they start showing worrying signs of unprofessionalism and unreliability. For example, they turn up hours late for estimates, fail to delivery boxes on time, get customers names and addresses mixed up etc (really not a good recipe for a removal company!)

On the day of the move, not only do they turn up late again, they also bring no sofa covers or carpet protectors as promised. Then half way through the move they have the nerve to demand almost double the quote saying that the move will take 2 van trips and not 1 as THEY originally estimated! They insist that this was explained at booking, when it never was. They make out that it is you who has misunderstood them, and not their fault. They twist your words and make a stressful day, more stressful!!! Bottom line is you end up paying the extra because you are in a vulnerable position on the day, you need to move
and they have already moved half your stuff! (clearly this was their intention all the time)

And then of course it doesn't end there, they want all the money in CASH (clearly a tax scam), so when you should be at home coordinating the move, you're at the bank in a very long que about to make a huge cash withdrawal!!!

After the move, they fail to pick up the boxes and pay back the deposit. They provide no receipt. They don't return calls, they stop picking up the phone, they give bogus times and dates to pick up the boxes.They try to twist your words and make out that you are to blame again (something they think they are very good at!). Their initial politeness turns into serious rudeness...Makes your blood boil.....

Basically, they are a complete bunch of %^&*$£!!!! who prey on people's honesty and good will - how they sleep at night, I don't know? They clearly have severe difficulty in understanding words such as: professional, punctuality, reliability, honesty and integrity.

Do not be fooled by them!!!!!!!

If only I read these reviews about them earlier, I certainly wouldn't have booked them in a million years!!!!

Summary: THE ONLY THING YOU WILL GAIN FROM ASL IS A BIG HUGE HEADACHE!
