Disadvantages: The company is a joke...

I have been using removal companies for the past 15 years, EURO USA is the worst ever! I pre-paid all fees required, they collected my belongings in April 2009, 5 months later I am still waiting for them. From collection to delivery, it has just been a headache from 1st week up to now. the customer service is extremely poor. I sent 2 letters in recorded delivery to their Managing Director who never took 2 mins of his time to respond to me. I had to ask my Lawyer to intervene and I have now no alternative but to go to the court in the hope that I will be able to receive one day my belongings and discover finally why they never delivered them! I dont understand how such company can ever exist ! I would really advise anyone to avoid that company, especially if you are planning an international relocation.

Summary: The Worst ever !
