A week ago I moved with my family to our new house. A friend of mine recommended a removal company that he used before - Compass Removals. I can say that this is THE BEST company that I ever used. The team came on time, they have a walk through the house and after that explained me everything that they'll do - packing, labeling, taking furniture apart. They work very fast and in no time all my life was in their van. At my new house they asked where I wont every single box and sofa, so at the end of the day all we have left to do is organize our clothes in the wardrobes and cook dinner.I want to specially thanks everybody from Compass Removals for the smooth and totally stressless move. If any one is looking for the perfect removal company give them a try.

We have used Giant Removals second time,The removal crew arrived on time, very friendly and very hardworking staff, Giant Removals has provided good packing service using a lot of protecting covers and bubble wrap. Sam and Dawid were so careful with all our belongings, their customer service was good, they were friendly and understanding, Definitely use Giantremovals removal company again

I recently moved from Germany back to the Uk after serving in the HM Forces there, they were hired to move my belongings on the 6th November 2012. When unpacking I noticed damages to one my furniture and fridge freezer.The damage was done in manner that showed complete disregard to my property property.I am not getting much information from the company about what they going to do about it.I definitely would not recommend them to anyone and I would advice any of my former work colleagues who will be making the move back to the UK to consider changing the removal company if they get bishops move.

I moved house only a few weeks ago and had left a wallet containing over £1k in gift vouchers under the mattress as the removal guys had pretty much packed everything away except our bed and my daughters and we were going on holiday the next day. Arrived back at midnight (day before move) and forgot to remove it. Moved Friday. Rememberd it on Saturday but could not find it. I called company on the Monday, not accusing anybody but rather asking where they may have placed it as it was not with the main bedroom things. They denied seeing it and said in a most sarcastic voice that they are not in the habit of employing thieves.. We looked after them all day and gave them a good tip. Make of that what you will but I know who I won't ever be using again!

I used a cheap-ish company called "van man london" (although the receipt I got was headed "global removal"...)Let's say you get what you pay for: the guys were two hours late, didn't keep me up to speed with their whereabouts and when I wanted a discount for the delay, I was threatened to have the 2 movers forcefully remove my belongings and take them back. Also enjoyed a fair bit of chauvinist patronising which made the experience all the more enjoyable... This sure was a very unpleasant experience. A friend of mine had used them before and didn't have a problem though so perhaps I was just particularly unlucky. But in all the time I have lived in London, this is the worst service I got.

Moving an office in London was a big deal for us but after moving with the removal, we realized that it can be simplified. They were very pleasant to converse with and provided us with advice and tips to move our office quickly and safely. I would recommend this company to everyone for business move.

Removal company They were great packers. However when moved. They had damaged my painting, brand new wooden floor and caused a huge hole in the back of the door. The office manager was so rude about the whole thing. After 14 hours of moving from my 2 bedroom apartment, they have done more damage than good. I will send picture if need be, I called them immediately the next day and they said send us an email and pictures. 12 days later, they said they cannot help and its my problem. Please never recommend them to anyone. If you need pictures, I will send them.

I've written this on another site as well, but wanted to repeat it to make sure nobody else has to suffer the stress which we did... Recently moved with Bishops locally within West Sussex and things went amazingly. Surprised that I'm not stressed out or missing some items. All I have left to do is unpack the boxes.Surveyor was surprisingly young (personally thought removals were 'old boys') but extremely clear on what they expected from me and what I can expect from the company.Level of service was great, no issues. Professional and reliable.Would recommend getting a quote from this company.

We recently used Clapham Removals to move us and i must say that they were absolutely excellent from start to finish. We have moved a few times in the past and its not always been up to par as far as customer service and quality of men were concerned but this company was really great. The men packed our house on the first day and moved us on the second- it was the same team both days and all knew exactly how to make it easy for us. They were very hardworking and efficient and took a lot of pride getting it right. They were more expensive than a few other quotes we got but i felt it was worth it as nothing went wrong. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Irolis phoned up my wife 2.30pm day before we were due to move, and cancelled.After spending 1 hour on phone, eventually got through, and after another hour, eventually found out that the driver had hurt himself the day before.Whilst I understand that accidents happen, Irolis' customer service, and statement 8, on their website 'We guarantee that we will turn up to do the service you requested' is clearly not true. They offered to move us 1 1/2 weeks later !!!I am now seeking a full refund.My Advice keep well away, moving is stressful enough, without having to deal with such an unprofessional company.Unfortunately I cannot give you 0 stars !!!!
