We used Harradines to carry out our move after having them reccomended by a friend. They wasn't the cheapest but provided a full moving schedule with there quotation showing exactly what we were getting for our money, how many men, arrival/finishing times, packaging, size of truck etc. We asked for Martin Harradine to come to our house ...

Shamrock Removal Services (www.shamrockremovalservices.co.uk) were one of the best removal firms I have used, so I thought I'd do the right thing and give them a good review. I have moved so many times with different companies and have had complaint after complaint, but with these guys I was pleasantly surprised. They arrived on time (within 15 ...

At first they start off sincere and polite and so you think you've got a good deal! As time moves closer to the date of the move, they start showing worrying signs of unprofessionalism and unreliability. For example, they turn up hours late for estimates, fail to delivery boxes on time, get customers names and addresses mixed up etc ...

I recently relocated and decided to use Bishop's Move as they came to evaluate the move and told me about their years of experiece, great service and competitive rates etc. I hesitated to use Interdean, who I had used previously. Now I really wish I had... If you're considering Bishop's Move's services. Don't. Here is the ...

It has to be said, I don't normally write letters, as I am an extremely busy mother, with 5 children, (8 and under), 3 grandparents over 75, 2 dogs a guinea pig and last but not least a white fluffy rabbit called Welsh (the kids haven't cottoned on yet). We live (well did anyway) in London NW3 and had been looking for a house in the country for a ...

Panther removals are very shifty to say the least! The only person i have spoken with the entire time i was trying to arrange my quote was supposedly the managing director! I wasn't too concerned until i asked for delivery of the packing materials that are supplied free and she turned up herself in a convertible car with 50 second hand ...

DO NOT EVER US ASL REMOVALS
I wish I read these reviews first. The service they provided me when they eventually turned up. (They were 3 hours late) was absolutely terrible. Not only did they break something and have still not compensated me for it. They still haven't provided me with a receipt. They might be cheap but there is a reason for this. They are rude, unprofessional cowboys.
I have also reported them to Trading Standards.

ASL Removals - don't make me laugh. A bunch of swaggering crooks who I am currently suing - that might wake them up a bit -they are also under investigation by Trading Standards.
You only have to look at their feeble attempts to rectify their reputation by placing false reviews on this site; look at the three reviews saying how excellent they were and note how the same spelling and syntax errors are repeated in each entry - principally a failure to use capital letters, most significantly i instead of I for the personal pronoun.
Sharks, conmen, liars and bullies.

DO NOT USE ASL REMOVALS!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I went with this removal company. They are unreliable cheating rude unprofessional COWBOYS. Do not be fooled by the 'brother' on the phone that promises one thing and then delivers nothing. I was promised bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, mattress covers - none of this was supplied. ...

These movers were by far the worst movers I have ever used and I have moved over 20 times and in 7 different countries. They were late and then were slow and inefficient. They also failed to finish packing everything which was required to be packed and failed to move everything that was required to be moved. They told me they completed the job ...

Always read the small print in your removals contract because it is not worth the paper it is written on. Goods in storage? Exactly the same thing, READ YOUR CONTRACT. ALL removals companies use a clause of "A maximum £40 per item" covering their liability against their negligence. Negligence covers just about every type of ...

ASL REMOVALS ARE A SCAMMERS!!
Don't listen to any of the glowing reviews about ASL Removals that you find here! ASL staff have been spending a lot of time spamming message boards with fake positive reviews about their company in order to try and counteract all of the genuine bad reviews! This spamming exercise seems to have started in March 2008 (you'll notice that there are no positive reviews posted for this company before this date!)
ASL Removals are a terrible company and Trading Standards are on their case. They have even been successfully sued by one customer! Do not use them under any circumstances because they will rip you off!

Do not believe the lies told in the glowing reviews below for ASL removals which are written by ASL themselves. They are a bunch of cowboys. The worrying thing is that they come across as trustworthy when you first meet with them but it is just a ploy to get you to use their services. There are many customers unfortunate enough to have used their services and who have regretted it later as they have had their original quote changed to a higher price on the day of the move and once they have got your possessions loaded on their vehicle. They will threaten you not to deliver your possessions unless you pay them more money in cash!! BEWARE USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!!!

ASL Removals moved me last week to torquay they were recommended to me by a friend so i booked them. having read the reviews on this website im in shock as my experience with them was not bad atall. they gave me a quote of £750.00 to do the move in one day they also supplied me with boxes 2 weeks in advance so i could pack my stuff.
When it came to the moving date they arrived half an hour early at 9am to start packing up my stuff, once all was packed at around midday they started their journey down to torquay to deliver my stuff.
they arrived at around 6-7pm and unloaded all of my stuff there were no problems or complications, everything was in one peice.
they finished unloading around 9-10pm and then set off for there journey home i was impressed.
