I’ve been moving into my current flat for nearly 1 month and a half now, despite numerous calls to their office, I still haven’t received an inventory list. They said there was an admin problem, OK but why it took sooooooo long??????? They promised me to rearrange pips so that my washing machine can be connected one month before I moved in, and they said that it’s in their system so they won’t forget. However, it had not been done by the day I moved in. After 1 month’s casing up the request, they still haven’t done anything yet. My washing machine has been set in the middle of the kitchen for nearly 2 months now. They told me over the telephone that the landlady hasn’t decided how to do yet (which sounds a lie to me). Ok fine, but I requested 2 months ago, wasn’t that enough time for her to “think about it”? This is the worst Estate Agent I’ve ever come across till now. Avoid them at any cost.

Summary: Stupid company, avoid at all cost.
