Stay away!!! My advice to anyone thinking of dealing with this Company. It was one disaster after another with this Company, especially if they manage the flat that you are renting. After my one year lease was up, I decided to move out in part because they were so unresponsive and incompetent. When the flat was up for letting again, their agents were beyond rude, showing up unannounced for viewings and letting themselves into the flat without permission while the I was still living there. Their website photographer let himself into my flat to take pictures for the website while I was in the shower! The worst is trying to get back your security deposit from them - you have to threaten legal action before they'll give it up, even after the landlord has released it. At worst, they are utterly corrupt, at best, they are totally incompetent.
