Disadvantages: unreliable

We used Winkworths in Highcliff Dorset for renting our property. They seemed very good at first and found us a tennant. Once they had our money for a 6 month let they couldn't be bothered do anything, either for the tennant who eventaully contacted us directly, or for us as landlord when we wanted some help at the end of the tennancy. We contacted the manager, a Mr T Winney, despite many visits to the office and phone calls we could get no action. We were always promised that something would be done but I fact nothing was. We also found that he had been less than truthful over several matters. We do not trust the company and will not do any further busines with them.

Summary: don't waste your money with Winkworth
