Winkworth in Clapham/Kennington were frankly lazy, stupid and uncommunicative. They see their tenants and landlords as an obstacle in the way of scalping cash by whatever (sometimes dishonest) means possible.

Having been a tenant for three years without a late payment and a good relationship with our landlord we were hit with a charge for £150 on moving out for damage to a bed that our landlord acknowledges is not damaged. Stassia Nolan, the agent responsible for this fradulent charge, refuses to answer calls or justify the reason as to why they would levy a non-existent charge.

Despite much stress and cost incurred by trying to get a straight answer from them we are no closer to a resolution so all I can say is avoid at all costs unless you're short on common-sense and fat on cash!
