I went here first when trying to relaocate to London and find a flat quickly as they looked professional and trustworthy. The agent who we spoke to (Oliver, at the Westbourne Grove branch) was friendly and very helpful, and showed us a good selection of properties, all within our price range and taking into account what we were looking for.
The downside was the months rent, 6 weeks rent in advance and handling fee of around £120, which ultimatly meant we went elsewhere.
Overall a good choice when time and money is on your side, now that Im settled here I would use them again to find a new flat, but for the initial relocation the cost was too much for me to outlay.
