Newest Review: ... view the property. Upon addressing the manager with the disgust with the problem agent, at first a response was quick and efficient and felt like we were getting somewhere. We arranged a fourth and final viewing, which was successful. I then emailed questions to the manager as the representative agent couldn't answer them. 48 hours later there is still no reply and after frequent phone calls and numerous excuses of ''She is in a meeting all day'' and ''she is unavailable at present'' I am completely fed up! I am 29 weeks pregnant and desperate to get out of our current accommodation as it is damp. You would think they would be happy to let... more

Tried to view a property 3 TIMES. The first time, the agent did not turn up or if they did they were over 30 minutes late, I gave up waiting and left. The second time the agent was 15 minutes late (no apology) and had bought the wrong keys. The third viewing the same agent was 25 minutes late (no apology again) and again had bought a wrong set of keys so we still could not view the property. They never get back to you. You will always be chasing them for an answer.They show up late to viewings and have an awful customer service.

I could write a book on the amount of errors made by our local Your Move branch, unfortunately many of these only started to come to light with a tenacy agreement we have as landlords when we had already put our own house on the market with them. From the outset the tenacy agreements was totally cocked up by the Your Move branch in Swinton and the head office depsite the agreement being reviewed we recieved chaser letters as did our tenant for almost 11 months beyond the date after the new 2 year lease had been set up, with the branch blaming head office and head office blaming the branch - no one wanted to accept any liability for all the cock ups. I thought I would just let everybody who are thinking of using Your Move to manage their property to think again !! I want to share my experiences so that you may think twice about using them. We have always dealt with the head office in Southampton and have dealt with numerous maintenance managers, mostly through e-mail because we live in Australia and communication is some what difficult. We pay full management fee of 15%. We have had ongoing issues with plumbing which has resulted in repeated damages to paintwork/leaking through ceiling etc, and despite several contractors having been paid in excess of a thousand pounds for repairs, we recently received an ... I am astonished at reading all of the below reviews. I thought I was going insane with the poor level of service and Management I have received with additional underhand charges from this truly incompetent company. However it seems this has been the case for a lot of their customers since at least 2010 as I cant see much positive feedback since this year. Surly all of this bad feed back would be an indication for Your Move to have a look into their practice and make improvements to become a more efficient company. Come on Your Move pull your finger out and make some changes, show that you can over come this incompetence. Your Customers are unhappy!!!
