I have used several estate agents over the years, and Your Move take pide of place as the worst, by a long, long way.

We made several complaints about the poor quality of the documentation provided on our house, which was met with complete apathy.. We complained that they didn't ONCE provide feedback on any viewing on our property, despite repeated requests - again, no response. They never returned our calls or emails and repeatedly failed to send out details to people who requested them.

Given that they charge over double the comission of many other estate agents, this kind of behaviour is totally out of order.

Unprofessional in the extreme. Avoid at all costs.

Summary: The most stressful event of you life, made more stressful!
