I have used a mortgage advisor from Your Move for over 10 years now. They are really good but have now started charging a fee which is rubbish! It used to be free, then last year it went up to £199 now its jumped to £299 - a lot of money really.

As for the estate agency side i cant say theyre very good. As a good mortgage customer i thought i would get decent service when enquiring about and offering on a property. I was wrong. I rang up to arange a viewing on a property - when we arrived someone showed us round - but he wasnt from Your Move, he knew nothing about the property and stood outside smoking a cigar!

When i put an offer in i never got any feedback from it. I had to ring a week later to chase it up. Unbelievable. I can understand this happening a few years ago when the market was buoyant but not now when most estate agents are fighting over buyers.

To be honest i was shocked and disappointed with the service i have recieved from Your Move estate agents and i definately wouldnt sell my house with them!
