Advantages: Had some nice property's

Disadvantages: Very greedy mortgage advisors, used dirty tricks to try to get a sale

An estate agent agreed to meet us for a viewing, and the ONLY day and time they could fit us in was at ridicoulouso'clock 10AM on a Sunday morning. To our shock, they did not even turn up! I rang them to find out what had happened and got an anwering machine. Never did we get a call back explaining what had happened. On another occassion, when we saw a house we really liked through Your Move, we put in an offer, it sounded like it was about to be accepted, and all of a sudden, we got a call from their Mortgage advisor asking how much our budget was. Although we were slightly under our budget, they called us back later on that day, and all of a sudden the offer was outright rejected!Funny how all of sudden they pulled out as we wouldnt go over initial our budget!

Summary: Buyer beware
