Advantages: Sometimes cheaper than the competition

Disadvantages: Incompetent, no communication, overall very poor service.

We sold our house through Your Move in Aug 09. They were slightly cheaper than the others, but don't be persuaded by that! The services we received were 'minimal'. Communication levels were virtually non existent. Potential buyers complained to us during their viewings that it had taken them so long to actually get a viewing organised! Some had been trying for weeks (and we wondered why it had been so quiet!). We had no contact from Your Move both leading up to and following completion of our sale, whatsoever, which resulted in a delay (stress!). Frankly they are rubbish (its hard to find the right words). We also took their 'all in one' offer where you get conveyancing and HIP included. This also turned out to be a mistake as their appointed solicitor was equally as incompetent, lacked attention to detail and communication skills. All in all, NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED. AVOID AVOID AVOID! There are decent Estate Agents out there. Go find one of them instead :-)

Summary: Avoid using Your Move. Use someone else instead.
