Having decided to pack our bags and move, we enlisted the help of Your Move (Formerly GA), what a disaster that was. Put the house on the market the 1st week of January, no problem we will have it sold in 6 weeks. Details were forwarded to us for checking, several small errors which we requested correction - taken back to the office in person and not done. When checking advert in property paper, house doesn't mention double glazing - quote from estate agents "sorry you haven't double glazed back door so we can't advertise it as double glazed", but don't worry its a very desirable house, nice area, sensibly priced. First viewers came round 1st week on the market. Your Move assure us they are in a position to buy, oh no they haven't even put their house up for sale. Over the next 12 weeks just 2 more viewers. Various telephone calls about things, and the office didn't know what one person had said. In the end we withdrew the property. Even then we had a phonecall from the manager wanting to send some viewers round. We have now placed the property with another agent.

Summary:
