Sony STR DG710/B ... handles full1080p HD resolution and up to eight channels of uncompressed audio.

The receiver provides full HD features from 1080p performance with smooth video switching to simple surround sound set-up, along with the ability to receive XM Radio satellite programming. Using HDMI connections, it becomes great conduit between the content source and the HD display. It is ideal for 1080p high-definition equipment like Blu-ray Disc players and LCD televisions.

The STR-DG710 model is a 6.1 channel receiver offering 105 watts of power per channel and is XM Connect-and-Play ready.
