Mars Bar Crispies!! You'll be making it again and again!! (Baking)

Advantages: Delicious crispy cake, cheap to make

Disadvantages: Not very healthy!!(But who cares??!)

This has got to be one of the most morish cakes I have ever made, and one of my favourites! The recipe is so simple and can be made in under 10 minutes and is so delicious! I make this is the tea shop that I work in and it's a great success with customers, adults and kids!

Ingredients include:

3 mars bars
3 ½ oz unsalted butter
3oz rice crispies
200g milk chocolate (I use cadbury's)

All you need to do is melt the butter and mars bars in a saucepan. Stir until the it forms a smooth chocolatey mixture and doesn't look like bubbles form. Do not melt the butter over a pan of simmering water as my friend tried this and found out that you don't get the same result! It has to be in the saucepan. Then when it is completely melted add the rice crispies. Mix and transfer mixture to a 8inch square tin. Cool in refridgerator. Then melt the 200g milk chocolate (I use cadbury's as cheaper chocolate goes a whiteish colour when cooled) and spread over the top. Cut into 9 square pieces.
