Advantages: Absolutely DELICIOUS, quite cheap per portion, can be ready in 40 minutes, suitable for freezing.

Disadvantages: Extremely bad for you (just do some exercise after or something!)

This has got to be one of the best brownie recipes in the world! You are supposed to have the brownies warm with a warm baileys sauce but you can also have them cold without the bailey's sauce aswell.

So ingredients include:
100g butter, chopped
100 dark chocolate, broken into pieces (I use Lindt - good quality)
2 eggs
175g caster sugar
25g cocoa powder
50g plain flour
25g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
75g white chocolate, broken into pieces
handful mini marshmallows, quatered (I actually half them)
75ml baileys liquer

So the recipe is:

(Serves 4)

1.)Turn the oven to fan 160C/conventional 180C/gas 4. Butter a brownie tin. Put the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don't let the base touch the water). This can also be done gradually in the microwave (on a low heat). Allow to melt, stirring once, then leave to cool slightly.

2.) Break the eggs into a large bowl and add the sugar. Whisk for 5 minutes until pale and doubled in size. Pour the melted chocolate in, then gently fold together with a metal spoon.

3.) Sift over the cocoa powder and flour, then fold in. Stir in the milk chocolate and 25g of the white chocolate and the marshmallow chunks. Spoon into the muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until firm. Remove from the oven and cool in the tin.

4.) For the sauce - Pour the baileys into a small pan and bring to the boil. Take off the heat and whisk in the remaining white chocolate until melted. Warm the brownies in the oven for 5 minutes, before drizzling over the sauce and serving.

Honestly this recipe is soooo delicious, I would recommend anyone trying it!!

It costs about 82p a portion and can be ready in about 40 minutes.

The downfall however = 816 calories, 44g fat of which 23g is saturated fat -per PORTION. So you could say its not the healthiest of desserts or brownie recipes!!

It is also suitable for freezing.

Now try it and enjoy!!Its worth all that fat!

Summary: Delicious chocolate brownies with a brilliant sauce to go with it. It doesn't get much better.
