Advantages: Taste fabulous

Disadvantages: CAUTION---Will lead to weight gain

This recipe was given to me by a good friend a few years ago, and I have continued to make it ever since.
The name chosen for it was "Chocolate Goo", this was because it had been made for any children visiting that particular house. It is as it sounds, a lovely, chocolatey, sweetie heaven.

You may also remember a chocolate brownie/biscuit from years ago---if you are old enough to remember. It used to be sold at brownies, scouts and school cake and candy stalls. Back then it was known as "tiffin".

Here is the recipe,

90g Raisins
90g walnuts
90g cherries

(You can choose which nuts, and fruit you would like if none of the above suit your taste, I have always found it works best with this mixture)

120g Cooking Chocolate
240g Crushed Digestive biscuits
Small tin of condensed milk

First, melt the butter either in the microwave or in a saucepan on the cooker.
In a seperate bowl/pot melt the chocolate.
When both melted add together in a larger mixing bowl. This will give your chocolate a smooth and shiny texture.
Your digestives need to be broken into small crumbs. The most satisfying way to do this is to put them in a clear food bag (mabye do 1/3 of the packet at a time) and bash with whatever is to hand. ie a rolling pin, the bottom of a tin.

Next, add the condensed milk, raisins, walnuts, cherries and crushed biscuits to the large mixing bowl that already has the butter and chocolate and mix together until you get a perfect chocolate, biscuit, goo mix....
Put the mixture onto a baking tray, or a tray that will give you enough height to have the bites approx 3-4cm high.
Smooth out mixture, and mark out lines both horizontal and vertical until you have the outline of small cubes.
Let this set in the fridge for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, o until completley set.
Remove and cut into cube sized bites.

One this is ready, children and adults alike will love this recipe for the bite sized cubes of chocolate goo

Summary: Recipe for chocolate bite sized cues of heaven
